We are currently looking for someone to work 4 hours two to three days during the week and one 4-5 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday each week. 15-20 hours per week.

Example: 10am - 3p (Tue, Thu + Fri) + 1p-5p (Sat)

This position in not suitable for a high school student. Hours needed will interfere with school responsibilities.

The job is retail and customer-service focused. You must be energetic, friendly and self-driven.

The Juniper Tree Market team is a team of talented and driven individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, quality products, and a beautiful space.

As a retail operations coordinator on our team, your responsibilities would include customer service (greeting, answering questions, checkout, etc.), communicating with team members, keeping the floor stocked and maintained, and monitoring guest experience.

Requirements:

·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service that reflects the Juniper Tree Market’s brand

·       Basic understanding of retail and customer service practices

·       Solid communication and interpersonal skills

·       Telephone etiquette

·       Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers, and remaining flexible to the needs of the business

·       Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

·       Customer service focus, and knowing how and when to pull away from conversation

·       Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

·       Maintain floor visual merchandising and restock

·       Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment

·       Flexible work hours including weekends, and holidays

·       Perform other duties as assigned

 The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must have the ability lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  

We are open Tue-Sat, 9:30a-5p and Sun, 9:30a-2p.
